| EAS has extensive knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies at local, regional, state, and federal level including EPA, USACE, DOE, NRC, OSHA, FDEP, FDOT, NJDEP, ADEM, SFWMD, SWFWMD, SJRWMD and SRWMD. EAS staff keeps abreast of changing regulations in CWA, CAA, RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, OSHA, TSCA, HSWA, and NEPA. EAS has obtained permits for water use, environmental resources, wetland mitigation, well construction, dredge/fill, stormwater management, RCRA, air, land development, wastewater disposal, NPDES, and others.
